The company’s goal is the satisfaction of its partners and continuous improvement. Our vision has always focused on the reference international standards: for this reason Francesco Baretto S.p.A. obtained its first certification (TÜV AD 2000-Merkblatt HP 0) back in 1995, subsequently achieving many other certifications.
We have always worked to achieve high quality standards, on the finished product and, above all, throughout the entire production process.

In order to foster continuous improvement and company effectiveness and efficiency, in 2016 the company achieved certification of its safety management system (OHSAS 18001:2007), now evolved into UNI EN ISO 45001:2023, to constantly improve workers’ health and safety.
- Health and safety management system certified to UNI EN ISO 45001:2023
- Prevention and protection officer, workers’ safety representative, company doctor, fire-prevention and first-aid officers
- Welding coordinators qualified as IWT – International Welding Technologist
- Climate-controlled booths and centralised and portable fume extraction systems
